Miscarriage/Implantation Bleeding |

The Fertility Support Company cannot treat specifically to lessen the chance of miscarriage unless there is a history of this problem in either the woman herself, or her immediate family. Recurrent miscarriage is classified as two or more miscarriages in a row, and must be distinguished as an issue from the body's own natural process of clearing a pregnancy which would not be optimal or viable.
If there is an incidence of recurrent miscarriage, then we at The Fertility Support Company follow a three month programme tailored to the individually diagnosed problem, which goes a long way toward improving the strength of the mother-to-be's body, and therefore helps to perpetuate a viable pregnancy. For details of this three month programme, please go to the 'What can The Fertility Support Company do to improve your fertility' page.
Implantation bleeding must also be distinguished from a miscarriage, and the easiest way of doing this is noting when your last period was, and when the next one would be due if you were not pregnant. Implantation bleeding most often occurs when your period is due, and can lead to confusion as to whether or not you are indeed pregnant. Remember, that a pregnancy test will either be positive or negative, and if you are having bleeding around the time your period is due you need to do another test to determine whether you are still pregnant. In addition, implantation bleeding is usually less than and of a different colour to normal menstrual blood. |
