With the important techniques of looking and listening to a woman in labour being superseded all too often by machines, these women are a much needed addition to our healthcare system. This is most true when it comes to women who have been told they are having either twins or a breech baby. Hospitals often shy away from supporting the woman to deliver vaginally, but in fact they can be safely delivered at home by midwives who specialise in VBAC, vaginal breech and natural twin births - which is why I recommend the London Birth Practice.
